For the past 8 yrs I have continued to enjoy teaching Ananda Hatha Yoga classes. Teaching both privates and group classes. Additional to yoga I teach stress management pranayama. Yoga has been my passion since childhood and I love teaching people of all walks of life.

My biggest reward is when my students come after class to say how much better they feel. Yoga is a commitment and healthy lifestyle, the body will crave it and it becomes a part of your regular routine.
